Boeing used to publish Aero magazine quarterly, and it is downloadable free of charge. It is probably the best technical journal available with respect to commercial aviation opetations.  There is an archive available as well. Naturally, they stopped publishing it in 2014. So i guess the whole thing is an archive now.
